Outreach as a service

Through our work, we meet production companies who are making strides towards a more diverse and inclusive environment but are struggling to reach, retain and support people from underserved communities. Our outreach service is designed to support production companies in becoming more inclusive and accessible by providing access co-ordination and pastoral care for participants throughout their experience, ensuring that they’re able to do their best work, contribute meaningfully and stay well while working. We recognise that everyone’s needs are different, and a person-centred approach is crucial. Not only do we know how to reach people who may otherwise miss opportunities, we also know how to properly support them through their journey and help you to make sustainable changes through our methodology, resources and sensibilities.
