Outreach Service

The Outreach Service is for both Adults and Children, staff either meet them in town to support a social activity, experiencing and dealing with issues around the use of public transport, buying and paying for items or meals etc, or at their home to support them to keep their tenancy, independent living skills budgeting or talking about issues and problem solving regarding living with Autism /Aspergers. This service runs 7 days per week 52 weeks per year from 9am - 9pm.

Referrals are made through Social Work, who can assess the Young Person for Direct Payments award or Self Directed Support which gives the individual more flexibility as to how their Support Hours are arranged. We also Support Adult to attend College.
