Becoming a Dad is a huge life change, it throws up all sorts of questions and makes you think about what kind of Dad you can be. It's normal for new dads to experience anxiety or depression, have difficulty bonding with baby, struggle with relationships or feel isolated.

With help from PS Dads Rock men with perinatal mental health issues will feel more supported and less isolated. Fathers feel better able to meet the physical, social, emotional and cognitive needs of their infants and children. But most of all, Dads are better able to maintain a warm and secure relationship with their newborn baby.
