The Rehabilitation Team, comprising of an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist and Rehab Nurse, play an important part in helping you achieve what's important to you and in enabling you to make important decisions.
The will work with you and your family to help you return home, or to stay at home, if that's what's important to you and will help you to remain as independent as possible with your day to day activities. The Rehabilitation Team work closely with all staff involved in your journey to ensure that what matters to you is the focus of what we work towards.
