Renfrewshire Mental Health Community Services is part of RAMH (Recovery Across Mental Health), a local charity supporting people in their recovery from mental ill health. Learn more at ramh.org.

We offer free counselling, one-to-one support, wellbeing courses, groups and more, providing safe, community-based help when you need it most. We are a non-medical, early-intervention service, here to help people manage their mental health before more intensive treatment is needed.

Many people come to us for support with anxiety, depression, or isolation, but our services are open to anyone who feels they need them. We support adults living in Renfrewshire, and you don’t need a diagnosis to access our help – you can simply self-refer.
