The Moray Outreach service has been developed in partnership with Moray Council. The service works to help people with mental health problems develop and maintain independent living skills. Supported individuals can also access telephone support via the North College Street service which is staffed 24 hours a day. They can also access the rural drop-in services at Aberlour, Keith, Forres and Buckie.
