A high-quality volunteer home visiting service for people living in the Shotts & Wishaw area, ideally suited to people over the age of 55yrs who have little contact from family & friends. Knowing that a friend is popping round for a chat in a day or two can make a huge difference. Just like a true friend, our volunteer visitors will always take time to listen to you . We have Community Connectors who can support you to get out and about in your local community. Our trained befriending volunteers will meet you and join you in an activity of your choice. As your friendship with our volunteer visitor grows, you may find life looks more interesting again so you may want to join us on our monthly trips and coffee mornings
