We meet monthly on the last Tuesday of the month March to September at 6.45 pm and the last Thursday of the month October to February at 1.45 pm in St Boswells Village Hall
in June we have our summer bus trip, a whole day away to somewhere different each year, incorporating an activity we do together (In the past, eg Falkirk Wheel, Scone Palace, Lady Haig Poppy Factory), free time to spend as you wish and High Tea on way home.
We have a Christmas lunch, Burns Supper, Harvest Tea. Sometimes we also have an afternoon bus trip to somewhere local for afternoon tea
Other meetings are in the form of a guest speaker giving a talk. In the past, such topics as scam prevention, SAAC, antique road show, gardening, Edinburgh Military Tattoo, keep fit.
at our AGM we follow up with a game of bingo
Each meeting ends with a welcome cup of tea/coffee and a biscuit.
