Stroke

Delivered by: Project Neuro
Last updated: 01/04/2026

Every Thursday between 10:30 and 12:15, we hold our popular ‘Stroke Group.'

This group is for anyone living with the effects of a stroke—we offer movement, laughs, connections, and a cup of tea at the end! (Even biscuits)

We have exercises laid out across the room that work on fine motor skills, strength, balance, reaction times, and coordination. Everything can be done at your pace, your level, and with a lot of peer support, too. We are so fortunate to have some incredible people attending this group who laugh together and support each other.

The group is led by Mollie, who’s a Level 4 personal trainer who specialises in neurological conditions.
