Solas is a self-management and recovery project funded by The Big Lottery Fund.
The service currently covers the Inverness, Easter Ross and East Sutherland areas and is a specialist service for adults who are have experience of mental ill health and are subject to a Compulsory Treatment Order or Compulsory Measures.
Solas can provide flexible 1-1 community based support to help you develop ways to manage your illness, direct your own recovery, have more control over your life. We do this through-
Flexible 1-1 support in the community
Personal Support Planning
Signposting and referral to other agencies
Peer support
