We offer a service to people who are not yet eligible for an Individual Budget, or if there social needs can't be met by statutory services.
We are able to do this through:
~ Signposting
~ Face to face meetings to help people decide what their needs are and how these may be met in the community.
~ Understand a bit more about Self Directed Support (SDS) and individual budgets.
~ Connect people to appropriate services and supports in their local community.
