Sacro’s Supported Accommodation Service helps to reduce the risk of re-offending by assisting people with convictions to live independently within the community in their own accommodation.
The service helps people to move on to successful independent living. It enhances social work supervision of people with a history of offending in the community by providing monitoring, supervision (intensive supervision in cases of high risk individuals) and support in a range of types of accommodation. These can include single tenancies, single housing association tenancies, shared tenancies, small semi-independent units and hostels. The range of accommodation and support provided varies based on local circumstances.
