The AIMS Project is a small Charitable Trust (SC053239) based in Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire. We support particularly disadvantaged young people aged 15-18 years, with mental health and wellbeing challenges that are negatively affecting their ability to flourish in all aspects of their lives. These challenges often make it hard for them to engage in mainstream education and other family, learning, and social activities.

At AIMS, we believe in the potential of all young people. We understand that some learn in very different ways and that the young people we seek to support often have very real challenges to overcome; they should not be left behind.

We believe they all have talents and aptitudes; they just need extra help to recognise them. As a starting point, we believe that helping young people to feel better about themselves will provide a platform for the achievement of longer-term, sustainable goals.
