Treetop Rocks provide roped tree climbing (RTC) for individuals and groups 16+

Instructors use ropes/harnesses (including 'adapted' for disabilities) to ascend trees in local parks and woodland with clients. Sessions (including for the few non-climbers present) incorporate forest craft, mindfulness, and skills training with knots.

RTC is fun, promotes physical fitness, emotional wellbeing, & resilience, & helps develop confidence and self-esteem. These sessions will also encourage creative expression & socializing/bonding opportunities within the group.
