Delivered by: Clackmannanshire Economic Regeneration Trust SCIO This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 13/11/2025

With the support of Clackmannanshire Council’s Family Wellbeing Fund, CERT's Volunteer Driver Service is designed to provide free transport for local residents who do not have access to alternative travel, i.e. are unable to drive, have mobility or other health conditions or encounter a lack of affordable public transport. The service helps people attend medical appointments, access local clubs, activities and/or support services, such as money advice or training. The volunteer driver will use their own vehicle to provide a return journey to/from the passengers home. Volunteer drivers are provided expenses (at 45p per mile) and passengers can make a voluntary donation if they wish. Their may be a charge for organisations who request the service for their service users.
