Walking Netball has become increasingly popular in the UK and it's exactly what it sounds like - a standard game of netball where players walk instead of run off the ball. It is designed to help people get fit or maintain an active lifestyle, no matter their age of fitness. Benefits of taking part in walking football include lower blood pressure, better mobility, reduced weight and meeting new people.

Our sessions are held all year round and take place on Friday mornings.

Friday all year details - 11am to 12pm at the Menzieshill Community Centre (£3 per session)
