Who Cares? Scotland is a national voluntary organisation - established in 1978 - providing a range of advocacy, advice and support services across Scotland for children and young people with experience of care up to the age of 25.

Who Cares? Scotland has a vision of a Scotland where all children and young people with experience of care are understood, believed in and given every opportunity to thrive. ?

Our mission
We will work across Scotland with children and young people with experience of care, to help them speak out, secure their rights and ensure their qualities and successes are recognised across society. We will do this by influencing the people, cultures and systems that will positively affect their quality of life.
