WithYou Families Plus Service provides free, non-judgmental support and advice for families living in East Dunbartonshire who are impacted by parental substance misuse.
If your family is impacted by parental substance misuse, then we can help. We offer a wide range of support, including:
- Advice and information on the impact of parental substance misuse
- One-to-one sessions
- Group work
- Advice on harm reduction
- Information sessions covering topics such as relapse prevention, managing anxiety and depression, and increasing self-confidence
- Family outings
