Improve mental wellbeing as well as physical fitness.
It’s well known that exercise can have hugely positive effects on mental wellbeing, from increasing positive mood, relieving stress and increasing self-esteem to reducing levels of anxiety and depression.
We provide a safe place to talk about life's challenges, be listened to and feel supported.
At present we are delivering a 1 hour exercise session every Monday @ Petershill Football Centre. 2.30pm - 3.30pm and is FREE to attend.
After the activity session everyone is welcome to enjoy a hot nutrious meal.
