Welcome to the ALISS guidance videos.

In this video, we will explore collections on ALISS.

Firstly, log in to your account.

[00:14]

Then, add a location or postcode into the search box.

[00:23]

Here you will find a list of all the services in the local area.

[00:28]

If you would like to save a particular service,

[00:31]

click on the service listing and scroll down to actions on the right hand side of the listing page.

[00:39]

Click on “Add to collection”. Here you can save the service to one of your existing collections

[00:49]

or create a new one

[00:59]

and click “Save”. If you would like to view the whole collection,

[01:04]

click “Here”. Here you will find options

[01:09]

to email, print, or delete the collection.

[01:15]

If you would like to access all of your saved collections,

[01:19]

click on “My collections”, which you can find on the menu on the

[01:24]

bottom of the left hand side of the page.

You can also access this by going on to my dashboard.
