Blairtummock Housing Association
Our Mission Statement is: "to give local people the power to deliver excellent housing and housing services and to improve the opportunities for our community."
The Blairtummock, Rogerfield & South Rogerfield areas within Easterhouse are our area of operation.
At present, the Association has:
- 702 homes in rent
- 18 homes in shared ownership
- 46 homes factored
- A fully owned subsidiary with charitable status (Blairtummock & Rogerfield Opportunities) which provides a base for social activities in the area and oversees the work of our Estate Caretakers
The Association is run by a Management Committee which is made up of volunteers from the Blairtummock and Rogerfield area and is committed to the principles of tenant control, openness and accountability. Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 and living within the Association's area of operation or to tenants of Blairtummock over the age of 16.

Services
The Community Chest is a pot of money to benefit the residents of Blairtummock and Rogerfield by expanding opportunities and removing barriers they might face to leading happy, and fulfilling lives.
Blairtummock Community Hall is busy with lots of activities going on each week. We would be very pleased for anyone from the community to come along and get involved.
We can assist you in applying for a house, paying your rent and providing helpful information in relation to Universal Benefits and other benefits.
We understand that tenants' financial circumstances may have been affected by the pandemic and current cost of living crisis. We have Benefits Advisers available for face to face or phone appointments
