Services
8 Week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Course integrates Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course provides a participatory learning experience with the practice of a variety of Mindfulness Meditation Techniques.
Taster Sessions offer an opportunity to learn traditional Buddhist mindfulness as well as modern mindful approaches of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
