Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP)
Adult Social Care and Health services in Aberdeenshire are coordinated and delivered by a partnership of Aberdeenshire Council and NHS Grampian. The Scottish Government legislated to integrate health and social care. As a result the Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP) was formed. The AHSCP provides a range of care and support services in the community for people with different care needs, as well as a Criminal Justice Social Work service.
The AHSCP aims to deliver the best service for people’s needs. Our vision statement is:
- Building on a person's abilities, we will deliver high quality person-centred care to enhance their independence and well being in their own community.
