Care at Home Services

We provide a range of Care at Home services for people who need support to live independently at home. The services provide support and practical help in your own home.

Support includes:

  • Unplanned and urgent care (a 24-hour emergency service)
  • Home and practical support
  • Free personal care
  • Community meals service
  • Occupational Therapy service
  • Community alarms and telecare

We will assess your care needs and how we can support you. You may be asked to contribute towards the cost of the services you receive. Many people will pay nothing, or will only contribute towards part of the cost.
