Coldingham Brave Bayers encourages and empowers people to access blue and green spaces through the medium of wild swimming and associated activities in a safe and supportive way. To ensure that the community regardless of skin colour, age, gender, sexuality, financial, social, physical and mental abilities, have the opportunity to improve wellbeing, physical, mental and social health in an inclusive environment.

We offer one to one and group swimming sessions in all aspects and levels of wild swimming at Coldingham Bay and the surrounding coastal and inland waterways.

Experience the wellness benefits of nature, enjoy a guided introduction to wild swimming in a safe, fun and supportive way. Our swims are with coaches who have lived in experience and are STA qualified, have outdoor and mental health first aiders . Our session covers water safety, equipment, techniques, reading weather and water conditions, wildlife, loan of tow float and insurance.
