Cathcart & District Housing Association provides guidance, assistance and information on a wide range of services for our tenants.

We will assist with rent issues, arrears, ways to pay your rent, new rent books etc.

If you have a query about our repairs system we give advice about all aspects of this. We have a repairs leaflet in the office that explains the different categories of repairs i.e. common, routine, tenants own repairs etc.

We encourage tenant participation and welcome any feedback about issues within the community. If you wish to raise any issue please email in the first instance and we will direct your call accordingly.
