Cathcart & District Housing Association provides guidance, assistance and information on a wide range of services for our tenants.
We will assist with rent issues, arrears, ways to pay your rent, new rent books etc.
If you have a query about our repairs system we give advice about all aspects of this. We have a repairs leaflet in the office or on our website that explains the different categories of repairs i.e. common, routine, tenants own repairs etc.
We encourage tenant participation and welcome any feedback about issues within the community. If you wish to raise any issue please email in the first instance and we will direct your call accordingly.
Our stock includes 595 properties ranging from 1 apartment single person flats to 5 apartment family flats.
21 of our properties are in a sheltered complex and are fitted with housing alarm facilities. We also have 4 fully adapted flats for wheelchair users and some properties have adaptations such as wet floor bathrooms.
