Elemental Immersion

A non-profit organisation delivering cold water and nature-based therapies in the Stonehaven area. Elemental Immersion is designed specifically to support people who would like to try nature-based and cold water therapies but have never had the confidence to do so. Our ethos is non-profit so we can, at minimal cost, support individuals and communities who have not had access this type of resource until now. We also aim to provide a Social Prescribing Pathway for people with long term medical conditions such as fibromyalgia, mental health, cancer and multiple sclerosis, who would like to try a wider and complimentary approach to support the medical management of their health and wellbeing.
