Cold water and nature-based group activity

Weekly cold water and nature-based group activity running at Botany Bay in Stonehaven. An introduction to cold water therapy and an opportunity to connect with the water and others. Hour-long sessions will run on a Tuesday, starting at either 10 am or 3 pm (tide dependant).
The sessions aim to improve confidence in the water and will cover the following:
- The effects of cold water
- basic water safety principles
- Breathwork and meditation/mindfulness approaches
These sessions are FREE and are aimed at people with long-term health conditions and mental health concerns who have not previously had the confidence to try something like this but would like to give it a go. The sessions will provide participants with the skills and links to a wider network.
