Core: Pilates, yoga & massage therapy
Core is a yoga & Pilates studio in Dunbar and we also offer a variety of different massage therapies including relaxation, swedish, sports, deep tissue, pregnancy and aromatherapy massage and reflexology. We have small class sizes (6-8) for both Pilates and yoga and there are classes to suit all ages and abilities. One-to-one yoga and Pilates tuition are also available.
