Scarf is a social enterprise based in Aberdeen, delivering services across the North East in the Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Angus, Dundee City, Moray and Perth & Kinross council areas.
We provide a range of free support to householders, landlords, community groups and businesses helping them to save money and reduce their carbon footprint.
We operate Home Energy Scotland (freephone 0808 808 2282) - funded by the Scottish Government - providing free and impartial advice on energy efficiency improvements, sustainable transport, water efficiency, home renewables and funding schemes.
Scarf also delivers the Home Energy Advice Team (HEAT, freephone 0808 129 0888) - funded and supported by local authorities - which offers free home visits to provide information and advice on billing, switching energy supplier, fuel debt and using your heating system effectively through the use of timers and controls.
