Monthly mindfulness drop-in in the Falkirk area.
8-week Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Courses.
Practising meditation and learning more about the mindfulness attitudes, which we can incorporate into our daily lives. Mindfulness can help with relapsing depression, stress, managing pain and improving focus and concentration.
