Miscarriage Association
The Miscarriage Association was founded in 1982 by a group of people who had experienced miscarriage and we continue to offer support and information to anyone affected by the loss of a baby in pregnancy, to raise awareness and to promote good practice in medical care.
Our mission is to:
- Raise awareness of pregnancy loss and its impact
- Provide support and information during such a difficult time
- Challenge policy and practice to improve care and understanding around pregnancy loss
Our latest strategy sets out our plans for the future, with the needs of those affected by the heartbreak of pregnancy loss at its core. Including steps to better support those affected by pregnancy loss, and the change we want to see across healthcare, workplaces and the wider society.
