PFW is an Inverness-based charity promoting health and wellbeing. with a range of volunteer led services.

1. PFW Free Group Health Walks- a health walks project working with 15 groups across Highland.

2. PFW Community Transport in Inverness - available to anyone registered with an Inverness GP practice. people to attend health and social care . We charge a flat rate of £5 per journey (£10 Return) . We currently have a fleet of five vehicles including two wheelchair accessible minibuses.

3. Inverness Festival of Walking and Wheeling. Our first first took place in May 2023 and more than 30 local walking and cycling groups are take part each year to promote active and sustainable travel. More details at www.wawfest.com

4.The Friendship Bus and Friendship Club provides lunch club gatherings and outings for older adults.

5.The Cheery Book Club meets on the first or second Monday of each month at our offices in Cradlehall.
