We operate with 3 cars and two 9-seater minibuses. All are wheelchair accessible. Volunteers drivers are trained in first aid and safe use of wheelchair ramps and fixings. This is a door-to-door service and we are happy to assist any passengers with limited mobility. We charge a flat rate of £5 per one-way journey regardless of distance across the city. Return bookings will cost £10. We prioritise health and social care appointments but bookings will be more successful if made more than a week in advance.

It is best to call at least one week in advance to make a booking. We often get last-mute cancellations so we will also put you on a waiting list if we are not able to confirm your booking immediately.
