Walk In The Park

Delivered by the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs Countryside Trust, Walk in the Park health walks utilise the beautiful and nurturing surroundings of our National Park. We are recognised as on of the best examples of a successful health walk programme in Scotland and have supported over two hundred and fifty people across the National Park.

Our Health Walk’s are led by trained volunteer’s on risk assessed routes, with each walk being less than an hour long. Our walks are friendly, regular, and we encourage and welcome new walkers to join us and who feel they would benefit from being more active. Health walkers can enjoy a whole range of benefits including increased fitness, improved mood, meeting new people and increased social interactions with local people, increased engagement with their local area. Walking requires no special equipment or expense and is the ideal way or for most people to become more active.
