Social Security Scotland is an executive agency of the Scottish Government. We help the people of Scotland by delivering a range of social security payments.
One of the benefits we deliver is the Adult Disability Payment which helps if you have a disability or long-term health condition that affects your everyday life.
Adult Disability Payment is made up of 2 parts:
- Daily living
- Mobility
You may qualify for one or both parts. The amount you get depends on how your condition affects your ability to do everyday activities and get around.
Adults between 16 and State Pension age, with a disability, long-term physical or mental health condition, or terminal illness can apply, even if you're waiting for a diagnosis.
To find out more, or apply for any of our benefits, you can phone one of our advisors. For other contact options and support, please see our website.
