What we do: Support people with PMLD, their families and carers to lead healthy, valued and included lives by providing emotional and practical support to individuals, and assisting local and community services to develop accessible and inclusive opportunities for families in the area. We aim to provide support in strength based ways are responsive and adaptive to every person we support.

Who we can support:

  • People with PMLD at any life stage or age, and their families 
  • Practitioners involved in the care and support of someone with PMLD and their families 
  • Paid carers seeking support or information   
  • Organisations and partners who provide services to someone with PMLD and their families  
  • Communities or organisations that wish to develop accessible and inclusive services, venues and opportunities
