Enjoying the company of others can help improve your mental health.

Our Breakfast & Blether group is held every Wednesday. It aims to reduce loneliness and social isolation and potentially improve mental health. The group aims to create meaningful connections and support for individuals who may be experiencing social isolation or simply looking for a social group to make friends. A simple chat can be the start of these meaningful connections.

The group is open to all, from teenagers to the elderly. Whilst enjoying the company, members can enjoy a warm breakfast roll and a cup of tea or coffee.

Wednesdays 9:30 - 11 am

Free, but donations welcome.
