Diamonds in the Community

Diamonds in the Community is a charity set up to better the life's of those living in our community.
Providing projects that improve opportunities of social inclusion, better physical health as well as encouraging better mental health. We also aim to assist and work in partnership with other local organisations wherever and whenever possible to the benefit of residents in the local area.
