Walk & Talk groups are a great method for people to get out and keep active, to meet other people in their community and improve their mental health.

As well as being great for our physical health, walking also benefits our mental health.

Walking and talking come naturally together and walking in a group can make us feel more connected to each other, reducing loneliness and isolation.

Walking can improve mood and sleep quality as well as reduce stress and anxiety.
