Thursday (FREE) 11:30 -1:30pm Airdrie Working Mens Club

Chit Chat Thursdays aims to reduce loneliness and social isolation as well as create meaningful connections and support. These connections have been found to be a key protective factor against mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety, they greatly benefit physical health too. A simple chat can be the start of these meaningful connections.

The group features conversation starters such as games, arts & crafts and literature as well as an endless supply of tea, coffee and biscuits.
