Glasgow Life Museums provide a great day out and we aim to ensure our venues, and the programmes that run within them, are as accessible as possible for adults and children. We offer specific quiet times, specialised workshops and visual storyboards.

Family workshops in a calm environment

We offer family-friendly workshops, and adult only workshops that take place in quieter, less crowded settings. These sessions provide access to a dedicated quiet space, creating a relaxed and comfortable experience for all visitors. Take a look at our events to find the right one for you.

Visual Storyboards to help you prepare

To help you plan your visit, we provide visual storyboards for each of our museum venues. These guides include photos of a typical visitor journey, so you know what to expect before you arrive. You can download these resources in preparation for your visit.
