Glasgow Life is a charity like no other. Through our city wide network of museums, cultural events, libraries, community programmes and physical activities, we're here to help everyone live their best life.

Our cultural and sporting programmes promote inclusion, happiness and health. They also support the city’s visitor economy.

We provide experiences across Glasgow, many of which are free, and bring value and meaning to people's lives. Our work enhances mental, physical and economic wellbeing.

Burrell Collection

This service is Free to use

Magnificent art collection in purpose-built home surrounded by a beautiful parkland. Open 7 days a week for visits, tours, and creative activities.

Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA)

This service is Free to use

An extensive modern and contemporary art collection of local and international artworks alongside permanent and temporary exhibitions, featuring events with artists.

Glasgow Life Museums Ageing Well Programme

These relaxed museum sessions allow older adults to engage with museum objects in a meaningful way through a short tour or hands-on activities.

Glasgow Museums Resource Centre (GMRC)

This service is Free to use

Glasgow Museums Resource Centre is the store for the museums' collections when they are not on display at our venues. GMRC is open to the public but all visits must be through a pre-booked tour.

Glasgow Museums Youth Groups

Kelvin Hall

Provand Lordship
