Life Skills Course

At Cranhill Development Trust (CDT), we offer a range of learning opportunities designed to build confidence, improve communication, and help individuals develop practical skills for everyday life.

Our Life Skills course is delivered over 10 sessions across 5 weeks and is designed to support development of important day-to-day skills that contribute to confidence, wellbeing, and independence. Course covers a range of topics such as:

  • introduction to welfare services and support available
  • digital skills for modern life
  • fire safety and awareness
  • mental wellbeing, stress management, self-care and strategies to maintain positive emotional health
  • financial wellbeing and money management
  • employability skills
