At Cranhill Development Trust (CDT), we offer a range of learning opportunities designed to build confidence, improve communication, and help individuals develop practical skills for everyday life.
Our Life Skills course is delivered over 10 sessions across 5 weeks and is designed to support development of important day-to-day skills that contribute to confidence, wellbeing, and independence. Course covers a range of topics such as:
- introduction to welfare services and support available
- digital skills for modern life
- fire safety and awareness
- mental wellbeing, stress management, self-care and strategies to maintain positive emotional health
- financial wellbeing and money management
- employability skills
