Cranhill Development Trust (CDT) is a community anchor organisation supporting local people in Cranhill since 2002. We believe no one should be turned away — whatever support you need, we will help or guide you to the right place. Through a wide range of programmes, activities and services, CDT works with residents and partners to build a resilient, inclusive and thriving community.
Our Vision is to create a more vibrant urban village where people feel connected to their neighbours and where they feel safe and hopeful for the future.
Our Mission is to support and empower people to transform the community and the lives of those who live there through learning, employability and welfare support, and health and wellbeing opportunities.

Services
Cranhill Development Trust we offer a family support service for those families looking for a bit of extra guidance.
At CDT, we’re here to make technology feel less confusing and more accessible for everyone in our community. CDT provides free access to a community 3D printer that anyone can use.
Cranhill Development Trust's (CDT) Baby and Toddler Group is the perfect place for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers to play, learn, and connect in a safe and welcoming environment.
Cranhill Development Trust, in partnership with Glasgow Kelvin College, run a Click and Connect Learning Centre in the heart Cranhill that helps the community get online.
Community garden where we grow, cook, and play together. Sessions provide a space to socialise outdoors, create a pleasant space in the community and produce fruit and vegetables to take home.

Cranhill Development Trust is a partner in the GEMs employability programme. We provide dedicated support for ethnic minority communities and others who may face additional barriers to employment.
Our Life Skills course is delivered over 10 sessions across 5 weeks and is designed to support development of important day-to-day skills that contribute to confidence, wellbeing, and independence.
Our New Scots Social Sewing Project is a welcoming space where women who are new to this country can learn new skills, build friendships, and feel part of a supportive community.
