Cranhill Development Trust is a partner in the GEMs employability programme, funded through the Scottish Government’s No One Left Behind initiative. Through this partnership, we provide dedicated support for ethnic minority communities and others who may face additional barriers to employment.

This service offers tailored one-to-one guidance, skills development support, and job-search assistance, ensuring individuals receive the personalised help they need to progress into work, education, or training.
