Are you living with depression, low mood, stress or anxiety and looking to explore positive ways of coping?
Our Anxiety and Depression Support Groups are friendly peer-led support groups that offers the opportunity for confidential local support, contact with others in a similar situation and the opportunity for you to explore positive ways of coping with depression and anxiety. We host groups both online and in person. Both groups are offered on a drop-in basis, and you no longer have to pre-register to join. Please note that both the online and in person groups are only available to people with an Edinburgh postcode.
The in person group is on Tuesdays and the online group is on Wednesdays.
