Health In Mind
At Health in Mind, we’ve been promoting positive mental health and wellbeing in Scotland since 1982. We do this by providing a wide range of services to support people to make a positive difference to their lives.
We strive for people in Scotland to live in a supportive and resilient community where mental health is understood and people lead fulfilling lives. We work together to deliver trauma support and training, counselling and talking therapies, and early intervention community based support.
