Young Booze Busters

This is a Claimed service
Delivered by: The Greater Easterhouse Alcohol Awareness Project (GEAAP) This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 16/09/2025

GEAAP's Young Booze Busters website is an interactive online resource available for children and young people anywhere in Scotland to boost their knowledge about alcohol, tobacco and other drugs so they know the facts and can make the best decisions in the future.

Young Booze Busters is also an award winning, alcohol awareness programme delivered by GEAPP for P6 and P7 classes in primary schools in the East of Glasgow. These fun and interactive sessions are designed to inform young people about alcohol related issues so that they are in a better position to make safer, more informed choice about its future use. All sessions are complimented with the use of GEAAP’s bespoke alcohol awareness booklets which are completed by the young people in the classroom. The young people are encouraged to take these booklets home when completed as this can stimulate discussion in the home about alcohol related issues.
